Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our specialist acoustic, thermal and fire insulation team in Western Australia. This role combines account management, technical sales and business development across WA, supporting a diverse range of commercial and industrial markets.

You’ll work with engineers, consultants, contractors and builders to identify projects and provide technical insulation solutions that meet performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or specification-driven building products.
• Background in acoustic, thermal or fire insulation is valued.
• Experience engaging with engineers, consultants, contractors is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers across Western Australia.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and industrial markets.
• Build relationships with engineers, consultants, architects, contractors and other technical stakeholders.
• Promote acoustic, thermal and fire insulation products across applications.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects and opportunities to have products specified.
• Provide technical product information and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, customer meetings and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Independently manage your territory, customer relationships and business development activities.
