Job summary

Credabl in Australia seeks an IT Support Specialist to join its Technology team. You will provide end-to-end technical support across the business, manage end-user devices, and administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams and Azure Active Directory.

This autonomous role is ideal for someone who loves helping people with technology and wants exposure to Software Development, Data Science and AI projects while contributing to secure, reliable IT services.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end IT support across the business, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, systems and user issues.
• Manage end-user devices, user accounts, permissions and access, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams and Azure Active Directory, ensuring systems remain secure and reliable.
• Support and maintain Credabl’s IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, servers, backups, conferencing equipment and bespoke applications.
• Manage support tickets, maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base resources, and identify opportunities to improve and automate IT support processes.
• Monitor technology and data security, identify vulnerabilities and elevate security concerns appropriately.
• Partner with the broader Technology team on system enhancements, infrastructure initiatives and technology projects, supporting testing, change management and implementation as required.
