Job summary

Tech & Data People in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a growing team. You will provide hands-on support for a modern Microsoft environment, ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed and enabling exposure to cloud technologies and infrastructure.

You will troubleshoot incidents, manage Intune and Entra ID, oversee device provisioning and endpoint administration, and support SharePoint Online.

Qualifications

Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies.
Hands-on experience supporting Intune and Entra ID.
Experience with device lifecycle management and endpoint administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support across Microsoft technologies and workplace systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
Support and administer Microsoft Intune and Entra ID environments.
Manage device provisioning, endpoint management, and application deployments.
Administer and support SharePoint Online and collaboration technologies.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Contribute to problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.
