First Focus AU is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our hybrid team in Australia. You’ll handle AD/Azure, Exchange, and cloud platforms, mixing desk-based and on-site work to keep client environments healthy and responsive.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, grow through 10 paid training days, and enjoy a Tesla car option plus flexible, real-world problem solving in a fast‑paced MSP setting.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of AD, primarily Azure with some on-prem.
• Strong Windows Server, Exchange and cloud platform experience.
• Proven ability across desktop to firewall, LAN/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Slaying tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks like a boss.
• Supporting cloud platforms—Azure AD, Entra, Hyper‑V, Citrix, AWS.
• Jumping into project deployments when things get spicy.
• Splitting your time between desk‑based support and hands‑on onsite work, depending on what the day calls for.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to keep environments clean, lean, and mean.
