Glory EV Group Pty Ltd is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Customer Service at our Springvale automotive workshop. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries, bookings and payments, while supporting day-to-day admin in a busy workshop environment.

Join a growing automotive group with multiple operations. Monday to Friday on-site role with training and opportunities to develop within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with general enquiries
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Assist customers with service and repair bookings
• Record customer and vehicle details accurately
• Coordinate customer vehicle drop-off and collection
• Communicate basic job updates and vehicle status to customers
• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding customer vehicles
• Prepare and organise basic paperwork, invoices and customer records
• Process customer payments and issue receipts
• Manage keys and vehicle documentation
