Donnelly Automotive Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Automotive Receptionist to join our friendly team at Southport, QLD. The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and time management skills, and solid experience with email and Microsoft Office.

You will handle data entry, service bookings, repair orders, and liaise with workshop and parts departments while maintaining a professional customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
• Must be well organized and time managed.
• Solid experience with email and Microsoft programs.
• Ability to complete data entry efficiently and accurately.
• Some knowledge of vehicles is a must.
• Ability to learn workshop and parts software.
