Job summary

Airport Toyota in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Warranty Administrator to support our Service Department five hours per day, Monday to Friday. You will manage warranty claims, review orders, and ensure timely, accurate submissions in line with Toyota requirements.

We're looking for someone meticulous, organised and reliable, with experience in warranty administration, ideally in an automotive dealership. The role offers a supportive team and ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warranty administration, ideally within an automotive dealership.
• Experience with Toyota warranty processes and dealership management systems.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Clear communication with service and workshop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims and ensure processing in line with Toyota requirements.
• Review repair orders, prepare claims and follow up submissions.
• Maintain accurate records and identify missing information for timely claims.
