Job summary

Junee Southern Cross in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive growth across South Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra. You will report to the Channel Manager and work closely with NAPA Branch Managers to expand our customer base.

You will manage about 110 accounts, identify new opportunities, achieve sales and margin targets, build relationships through regular engagement, attend meetings and trade shows, and champion a safety‑first culture with safe driving in this

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, territory management or business development within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• A valid Australian driver's licence.
• A genuine passion for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory.
• Achieving sales and gross margin targets.
• Building strong relationships through regular customer engagement and consultation.
