Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service management or a similar leadership role within a dealership or workshop environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities, with the ability to handle complex enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Sound understanding of vehicle servicing, repair processes, workshop operations, and manufacturer guidelines (Subaru, Kia, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Chery, LDV experience highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Lead the service department daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Manage service scheduling and workflow to optimize productivity.
• Prepare service quotes and authorize work orders in a timely manner.
