Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone
• Book vehicles in and help maintain workshop workflow
• Capture accurate customer and vehicle information in CoStar
• Communicate estimated costs and pickup times clearly
• Keep customers updated throughout repairs and notify when vehicles are ready
• Prepare estimates, quotes and invoices under supervision
• Receive parts deliveries and stock away promptly
• Help technicians when the counter is quiet
• Keep the counter, showroom and workshop clean and presentable
