RYDE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Gladesville, NSW is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle servicing, and acting as the liaison between customers and our workshop.

You will build strong client relationships, manage bookings, and contribute to a smooth vehicle delivery process while actively promoting additional services and developing your automotive

Passion for the automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with automotive service processes or willingness to learn.
For Trainee: keen interest in developing a career in automotive; for Service Advisor: minimum 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, manage inquiries, book appointments and coordinate servicing and repairs.
Act as the primary contact between customers and technicians for seamless communication.
Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities.
Identify and communicate additional service needs to customers.
Assist with vehicle pickup/delivery logistics and promote additional products/services.
