Job summary

RYDE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Gladesville, NSW is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle servicing, and acting as the liaison between customers and our workshop.

You will build strong client relationships, manage bookings, and contribute to a smooth vehicle delivery process while actively promoting additional services and developing your automotive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Trainee Service Advisor or experienced Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at the RYDE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Gladesville, NSW. What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including managing inquiries, booking appointments and coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs

Serving as the primary point of contact between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring seamless communication

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all vehicle service and repair activities

Identifying and communicating additional service and repair requirements to customers

Assisting with the coordination of vehicle pick-up and delivery logistics

Promoting and selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience

A passion for the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and technical staff
