Qualifications

• Experienced Service Advisor in automotive or related field.
• Natural communicator who helps customers clearly and friendlyly.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Positive team player who puts the customer first.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Listen to needs, provide honest advice, and coordinate service bookings and repairs.
• Keep customers informed at every stage with clear, proactive communication.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional service.
