Job summary

Velocity Truck Centres Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to welcome customers, coordinate bookings and repairs, and act as the trusted link between customers and our workshop team.

Qualifications

Are you a people person who loves solving problems and creating positive experiences? Daimler Trucks Adelaide is looking for a full-time Service Advisor who’s passionate about providing exceptional customer care and ensuring every interaction feels personal, professional, and effortless.
As the friendly face of our Service Department, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team—making sure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves, and every customer feels valued and informed from start to finish.

This is a permanent opportunity offering full-time hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate Saturdays (half day shift).
