Job summary

Daimler Trucks Adelaide is hiring a Service Advisor to be the friendly face of our Service Department, guiding customers from initial contact to service completion. You will coordinate bookings, communicate clearly, and work closely with technicians to ensure timely, quality work.

This full-time role offers stable hours, a positive team environment, and opportunities within Velocity Vehicle Group’s nationwide network of brands.

Are you a people person who loves solving problems and creating positive experiences? Daimler Trucks Adelaide is looking for a full‑time Service Advisor who’s passionate about providing exceptional customer care and ensuring every interaction feels personal, professional, and effortless.

As the friendly face of our Service Department, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team—making sure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves, and every customer feels valued and informed from start to finish.

This is a permanent opportunity offering full‑time hours of 7.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work alternate Saturdays (half day shift).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the first point of contact for customers—welcoming them in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Listen to customer needs, provide honest advice, and coordinate service bookings and repairs efficiently.
• Keep customers informed at every stage with clear, proactive communication.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure services run smoothly and on schedule.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
