Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor in Brisbane to be the friendly face of the service department. You will welcome customers, coordinate bookings and repairs, and maintain proactive communication to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

The role is full-time, with day shifts and a rotating Saturday half-day roster, offering growth opportunities and exposure to Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso brands.

As the friendly face of our Service Department, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop team—making sure every vehicle gets the attention it deserves, and every customer feels valued and informed from start to finish.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on day shifts. You will also be required to work Saturdays on a rotating roster, on a half-day basis.
