Job summary

Northeast Tractors & Machinery is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Service team in South Australia. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their service or repair journey, coordinating with the workshop team and ensuring clear communication from booking to collection.

You will handle bookings, invoicing, and customer updates while maintaining strong relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Experience in a service, automotive, machinery or similar environment is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings and keep the calendar up to date.
• Customer check-in and service reception.
• Maintain open communication between customers and the service team.
• Assist the service team with all customer-facing aspects of the department.
• Answer phones and respond to emails.
• Provide updates to customers throughout the service or repair process.
• Assist with invoicing and customer collections.
• General administration duties.
