The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in an automotive dealership or parts distribution, with strong admin skills in Outlook, Word and Excel. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within automotive network or dealerships.
• Proficient with word processing and database software, plus email and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Ordering new stock and calling for customer orders.
• Processing consignment notes.
• Invoicing vehicle sales and creating part exchange details.
• Arrange vehicle funding for used and sold vehicles.
• Routing documentation after sale to relevant departments.
• Raising gap insurance and warranty policies.
• Maintain and update EDC.
• Weekly reporting to chase missing deal files.
• Ensure deal profit/loss accuracy in dealerweb system.
• Familiarise with current marketing campaigns and GDPR requirements.
