Qualifications

• Parts interpreting know-how and product knowledge.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Clear communication of technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts and provide accurate information to customers.
• Process customer orders and dispatch products/parts.
• Promote specials and arrange buy-ins.
• Process customer credits and return processes.
• Ensure safety and hands-on stock handling when receiving/putting away stock.
• Be the first point of contact in-person or over the phone.
