Job summary

NAPA is Australia and New Zealand’s leading automotive aftermarket parts network, seeking a Parts Interpreter in Kelmscott to provide accurate parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers. You’ll leverage automotive knowledge and outstanding service to solve problems and build lasting relationships.

As aParts Interpreter you will interpret parts, process orders, dispatch stock, and be the first contact for customers.

Qualifications

• Parts interpreting know-how and automotive knowledge.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly.
• Safe and accurate handling of stock and orders.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts to identify correct items for customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispatch products and parts to customers and branches.
• Promote specials and handle promotions with customers.
• Arrange buy-ins and manage stock flow.
• Process customer credits when required.
• Handle stock reception, put-away and inventory.
• Be the first point of contact for customers in-person and on the phone.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices.
