Qualifications

• Parts interpreting know-how and customer-facing experience are essential.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Interpret parts and provide accurate product information.
• Process customer orders and dispatch products or parts.
• Promote specials and manage buy-ins and credits.
• Be the first point of contact for customers in-person or by phone.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and ensure safe working practices.
