Dutton Automotive is seeking a motivated Finance and Warranty Manager for our NSW NSW-based site. You will guide customers through financing and warranty options, working closely with the Site Manager and sales team to deliver exceptional value and service across our premium vehicle portfolio.

Leverage access to 60 lenders to tailor solutions, with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling finance products and warranties while maintaining the highest compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers over the phone and in person.
• Familiar with multiple lender panels and automotive finance products.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Adherence to compliance requirements.
• Proactive in upselling and cross-selling finance solutions.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers at the point of sale to guide financing and warranty options.
• Upsell and cross-sell a range of products to maximise customer value.
• Collaborate with Site Manager and sales team to enhance customer experience.
• Navigate refinancing or upgrading vehicles using 60+ lenders.
• Promote Presidian Warranty products where suitable.
