Job summary

Clancy Motors Bathurst is seeking a dedicated Business / Finance Manager to guide customers through finance and insurance options and deliver a seamless purchasing experience. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership goals while ensuring compliance with lender requirements.

In this role, you will present F&I products clearly, process applications efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with finance partners and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Manager or in automotive finance and insurance (F&I).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Prepare and process finance and insurance applications efficiently and accurately
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and dealership policies
• Work closely with the sales team to maximise finance penetration and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance partners, as well as internal staff
• Provide an exceptional standard of service throughout the customer journey
