Clancy Motors Bathurst is seeking a dedicated Business / Finance Manager to guide customers through finance and insurance options and deliver a seamless purchasing experience. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership goals while ensuring compliance with lender requirements.

In this role, you will present F&I products clearly, process applications efficiently, and maintain strong relationships with finance partners and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Manager or in automotive finance and insurance (F&I).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role

We are seeking customer-focused Business / Finance Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with finance and insurance options while ensuring a seamless and professional purchasing experience. You’ll also support the sales team in achieving dealership goals and maintaining compliance with manufacturer and lender requirements.
