Job summary

TeamMoto Blacktown is seeking an experienced Business Manager to maximise finance and insurance opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

In this role you will work with the dealership team to secure finance approvals, present options, maintain records and support staff with referral processes. You will ensure compliance, accuracy and a smooth purchasing experience for customers buying motorcycles.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, motorcycle or retail finance and insurance sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Present finance, insurance, warranty and protection options to customers purchasing motorcycles.
• Build strong relationships with customers and finance partners.
• Obtain and manage finance approvals and settlements.
• Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
• Follow up insurance renewals and outstanding transactions.
• Support and train dealership sales staff on referral processes and finance opportunities.
• Assist in improving finance penetration, customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and lender requirements.
