Job summary

Morgan & Wacker Motorcycles is seeking a Business Manager in Sydney to manage the end-to-end finance process for Auburn store customers, from application to settlement, while delivering consultative insurance and protection plans. You will balance agreements, process settlements, and maintain accurate records.

You will support the team, ensure compliance, and build relationships with customers, lenders, and insurers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in finance, insurance, or automotive sectors.
• Confident, customer-centric communication skills to build trust with customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to structured, compliant processes.
• Strong computer skills and quick learning of new systems; MCNET experience is a plus.
• Proactive team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take and submit finance applications, obtain approvals, and manage documentation.
• Offer motorcycle insurance and protection plans to referred customers.
• Build rapport with store customers and team to improve outcomes.
• Balance purchase agreements and record commissions after settlements.
• Support teammates with referrals when others are unavailable.
