Job summary

Inchcape Australia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee to learn all aspects of the customer vehicle purchasing journey, developing your sales, customer service and automotive knowledge while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team, support appointments, test drives, and vehicle handovers, and grow toward broader automotive sales roles within our global network.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations and build product knowledge.

• Assist with customer appointments, test drives and vehicle handovers.
• Prepare sales documentation and support contract processing.
• Maintain accurate customer information across Salesforce and dealership systems.
• Support the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Our Retail Sales Team is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee to join our team. In this position, you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to learn all aspects of the customer vehicle purchasing journey, developing your sales, customer service and automotive knowledge while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Develop product knowledge and learn how to deliver engaging vehicle demonstrations to customers.
• Support customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, from enquiry through to delivery.
• Assist with customer appointments, test drives and vehicle handovers.
• Learn how to prepare sales documentation and support contract processing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information across Salesforce and dealership systems.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals and support the wider sales team in delivering exceptional service.
