Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Service Technician based from Moorebank to service and maintain automatic door systems across Sydney. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a trade background or transferable mechanical and electrical skills who is eager to learn, with extensive training provided.

You will work with experienced technicians, complete service reports on an iPad, manage vehicle stock, and deliver outstanding customer service while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical understanding.
• Confidence using tablets, mobile technology and digital systems.
• A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Police Check

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintenance on automatic door systems.
• Complete service reports, customer documentation and inventory transactions using an iPad.
• Manage vehicle stock and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing dormakaba onsite.
• Work safely and in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians, schedulers and field managers to deliver outcomes.
