Job summary

dormakaba invites applications for a Service Technician to apply mechanical and technical expertise to commercial, retail, institutional and industrial customers. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and undertake major works on Automatic, Swing & Revolving Doors while supporting other dormakaba products for new construction and existing clients.

The role requires being mechanically minded with a basic understanding of electrical safety, and while an A Grade Electrical

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and basic electrical safety understanding.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn about dormakaba product lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Automatic, Swing & Revolving Doors.
• Carry out breakdown repairs and fault diagnosis.
• Support installation and servicing for dormakaba products on new and existing sites.
• Work on an after-hours roster on a rotational basis.
