Job summary

BriTer Door Solutions seeks skilled Automatic Door, Gate & Roller Shutter Technicians for its Greater Sydney Metro field service team. You will service and repair commercial/industrial door systems, diagnose faults, perform scheduled maintenance, and maintain thorough documentation on site.

The role requires a NSW manual driver's license, and preferred licenses for forklift, working at heights, and EWP. Overtime and after-hours rotations are common. Tools, company vehicle, and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

Attend customer sites for proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs on commercial/industrial door systems (automatic doors, gates, roller shutters, high-speed doors).
Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Perform servicing and inspections to optimise performance and asset lifespan.
Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken.
Collaborate with the Briter team to ensure coordinated service delivery.
Follow health, safety, environmental regulations and company policies.
