Job summary

Macmahon Maintenance Masters is seeking an Auto Electrician to join the team near Moranbah. You’ll carry out diagnostics, repairs and servicing on heavy mobile equipment, working with experienced teammates to keep fleet safe and productive.

With an Australian-recognised trade and a commitment to safe work practices, you’ll thrive in a 7:7 DIDO roster at Vulcan Coal Mine. The role offers a casual hourly rate up to AU$85 and a benefits package including parental leave and wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised trade.
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) ideally in Surface Mining.
• Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed.
• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on CAT, Hitachi & Liebherr fleet and other heavy equipment.
• Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures.
• Support strong equipment availability and safe, reliable performance.
• Speak up and contribute to our culture; everyone home safe, every swing.
• Work closely with production and planning teams to schedule work.

About the Role

We are looking for an Auto Electrician to join the team! You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

• Location: Vulcan Coal Mine I Located South of Moranbah
• Roster: 7:7 DIDO
• Rate: Up to $85 per hour (casual)
