Job summary

Macmahon is seeking HV Electricians to perform repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Mobile Plant at the Vulcan Coal Mine, south of Moranbah. You will join a team of tradespeople focused on safe, reliable performance and knowledge sharing.

This 7:7 DIDO roster role offers up to $85 per hour, with opportunities to move from temp to permanent. An Australian-recognised trade is required and experience with CAT, Liebherr and Hitachi equipment is valuable.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised trade is required.
• Experience with HE equipment brands (CAT, Liebherr, Hitachi) preferred.
• Experience with alternators, starter motors and A/C units is beneficial.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, servicing and diagnostics on earthmoving equipment.
• Support equipment availability and reliable performance.
• Contribute to a safe work culture; ensure everyone goes home safely.
• Coordinate with production and planning to schedule work.

About the Role

We are looking for HV Electricians to join the team! You'll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on Mobile Plant across our Project. You'll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.

• Rates: Up to $85 per hour (temp to perm)
