Job summary

Macmahon is seeking HD Fitters to perform diagnostics, repairs and servicing on mobile plant at our Vulcan Coal Mine site south of Moranbah. You will work with a skilled team to keep equipment safe and running, following OEM standards and Macmahon procedures.

The role suits tradespeople with HME experience who value safety and teamwork. The position offers a 7:7 DIDO roster with a casual rate of up to $85 per hour, plus a field service ute and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Australian-recognised trade required.
• Experience with Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance on CAT, Hitachi & Liebherr fleet.
• Complete servicing to OEM standards and site procedures.
• Support equipment availability and safe, reliable performance.

About the Role

We are looking for HD Fitters to join the team! You’ll carry out repairs, servicing and diagnostics on mobile plant across our Project. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who share knowledge and support each other to get the job done safely and efficiently.
