Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with customers using AI-powered conversational agents. The SDR role in Australia is a greenfield opportunity to build Avoca's pipeline from day one, running fast, multi-channel outbound programs to qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.

You will own pipeline generation end-to-end, targeting the Australian market, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to sharpen messaging and cadences, and traveling to industry

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or outbound sales roles.
• Proven track record hitting outbound meeting targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach (50+ touches/day).
• CRM discipline with clean data and updated stages.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify leads across Australian home services.
• Execute high-volume outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls, events).
• Tailor outreach to client goals and Avoca's value.
• Collaborate with AEs to schedule demos and handoffs.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and book demos.“
• Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders.
• Refine messaging with Marketing/Product based on feedback.
• Track activity and KPIs to guide prioritization.
