Job summary

Safeguard Global is partnering with a fast-growing global technology company to recruit an SDR to support and develop business in Australia. This is an exciting role for someone who loves prospecting, building relationships, and creating qualified sales opportunities within a collaborative team.

You will identify prospects, qualify leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development.
• Experience in SaaS, software, or technology environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude.
• Familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social selling).
• Qualify outbound leads to identify business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to execute demand generation campaigns.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.
