GenePlanet is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead its NIPT sales operations in Australia. You will drive the local strategy, recruit and coach a sales team, and establish relationships with medical centers, clinics and insurers to expand our tests in the market.

You will spearhead the sales process, promote products, and explore opportunities that fuel sustainable growth. This role requires fieldwork and travel, with potential progression to a Country Manager position in the future.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum proven sales record in healthcare
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• Identify key stakeholders in the NIPT market and develop a long-term sales strategy
• Build a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels
• Lead the sales team and be actively involved in the sales process
• Promote GenePlanet products and services to new and existing customers
• Build and maintain relationships with medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and labs
• Pursue new business opportunities and drive growth in the market
• Travel to surrounding regions for on-site engagement with professionals
