Job summary

GenePlanet, an EU-based biotech company and global leader in preventive genetic tests, seeks a Sales Manager to develop and lead its local NIPT operations in Australia. You will drive strategy, build relationships with medical centers and doctors, and lead a field-based sales team to achieve targets.

The role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge in private healthcare, and willingness to travel; commission-based earnings are offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading sales teams and delivering results.
• Strong network-building with medical centers, clinics, gynecologists and laboratories.
• Experience in NIPT, cancer screening or IVF-related sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Determine key stakeholders in the NIPT market and develop a long-term sales strategy.
• Build a network of Key Opinion Leaders and distribution channels.
• Lead the sales team and own the end-to-end sales process.
• Promote GenePlanet’s products and services to external partners.
• Establish and grow relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities and travel to engage medical professionals.
