Job summary

KPay Group is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager for its Australian business in Sydney. You will own and scale the compliance function, partner with Product, Operations, Risk, Sales, Finance and Legal, and ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory obligations.

You will lead AML/CTF initiatives, KYC controls and regulatory reporting, while building practical frameworks in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, fintech, payments, banking or lending.
• Hands-on experience with AFSL and AUSTRAC requirements in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of ASIC regulatory requirements and AML/CTF obligations.
• Experience with monitoring, testing, risk assessments and breach management.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders and work across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve KPay Australia’s Compliance Management Framework.
• Manage and advise on AFSL compliance obligations.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across ASIC and AUSTRAC.
• Develop and maintain AML/CTF compliance framework.
• Lead monitoring, testing and risk assessments.
