Affiliate is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for Australia to own and execute the Australian regulatory compliance program, translating global strategy into local plans and ensuring licensing and regulatory obligations are met. The role partners with Product, Legal, Credit, Marketing, Servicing and Operations to drive responsible growth and strong consumer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in Australian regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Australian consumer credit and conduct regulation.
• Ability to translate regulatory interpretation into practical business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the Australian regulatory compliance program.
• Translate global compliance strategy into Australian operational plans.
• Lead regulatory change, obligations management, compliance monitoring and remediation programs.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Credit, Marketing, Servicing and Operations teams to ensure compliant product design and distribution.
