Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with a track record of overachievement and closing large deals.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and existing relationships across industrial categories.
• Auction experience is essential.
• Ability to translate client needs into complete solutions and work with stakeholders.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Cover a large region surrounding Sydney with regular face-to-face meetings.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls and nurture warm leads to identify opportunities.
• Assess partners, perform competitive research, and develop business cases.
• Serve as lead contact for customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide revenue forecasts and monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Use interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills to close deals.
• Plan and execute local sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Weekly travel to achieve goals in this role.
