Job summary

Raytheon Australia is seeking a motivated Program Support Coordinator to join the Advanced Training and Test Environment team at Williamtown, NSW. You will manage ATTE program documentation, support governance processes, and ensure timely deliverables in a defence context.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate IV in business/admin/leadership or project management and about 5 years in project coordination, with BV1 clearance being a plus. Hybrid work arrangement in NSW.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in business administration, leadership and/or project management or equivalent.
• Approx. 5 years' experience in a project coordination role, preferably Defence or tech.
• Experience coordinating Defence Capability projects in a CASG office or HQ is favourable.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and prioritise/workload.
• Ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain initial project documents for ATTE change requests.
• Support governance meetings as secretariat and track actions for timely completion.
• Maintain program data records and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Attend and support workshops on risk and opportunities management.
• Review strategy for sub-projects and report progress.
• Champion continuous improvement activities.
