Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) invites applications for Associate Director, Workplace Relations to lead contemporary industrial and employment relations strategies. You will advise executives, guide complex workforce matters, and support risk management with evidence-based guidance.

The role partners with multiple districts to ensure timely, constructive IR outcomes while promoting a positive workplace culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, HR Management or equivalent.
• Experience managing industrial employment matters in a large service organisation.
• Expert knowledge of NSW State Industrial Relations system and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of contemporary industrial and employment relations strategies.
• Provide specialist advice to executives and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Local Health Districts to deliver timely, evidence-based IR advice.
