Responsibilities

• Lead Workforce Relations across Central Queensland Health.
• Provide strategic advice to Chief Executive and senior managers.
• Oversee complex case management, disputes, policy governance and advisory services.
• Lead, coach and develop a specialist team to deliver high-quality advice.
• Build relationships with unions, legal advisers and external stakeholders.
• Represent the Health Service in industrial and consultative forums.
• Identify workforce risks and drive governance and continuous improvement.
