Job summary

NSW Health seeks an Associate Director, Workplace Relations to lead contemporary industrial and employment relations strategies for a large statutory health service in NSW. You will advise executives and key stakeholders while guiding complex workforce matters and negotiations with unions.

The role partners with Local Health Districts to deliver timely, evidence-based industrial relations guidance that supports informed decision-making and positive workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, or HR Management.
• Experience providing high‑quality industrial and employee relations advice.
• Ability to manage complex industrial matters and negotiate with unions.
