The Associate Director, Workplace Relations leads the delivery of contemporary industrial and employment relations strategies, providing specialist advice to executives and key stakeholder groups while supporting the effective management of complex workforce and industrial matters. The role will also partner with Local Health Districts to deliver timely, evidence-based industrial relations advice that supports informed decision‑making, effective risk management, and positive workforce outcomes.
