Job summary

Parity Consulting is assisting a Sydney-based global investment manager in finding an Associate Director, Risk & Compliance for the Office of the Superannuation Trustee. You will drive risk and regulatory governance, with emphasis on AI and cyber governance, and engage with senior stakeholders and the Board.

The role is based in Sydney with four days in the office, offering exposure to governance at board level and regulatory engagement within a high-profile, member-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• Senior manager or associate director level in financial services.
• Experience liaising with regulators such as APRA and ASIC.
• Strong written communication for board papers and regulatory responses.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with trustees and stakeholders to meet obligations.
• Contribute to AI strategy and governance framework with policies and KPIs.
• Monitor service providers and coordinate independent reviews.
• Assist in negotiating provider arrangements and governance guidance.
• Support Board committees with agenda coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate regulator responses on risk, technology and governance matters.
