Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Technical Change Analyst to support ICT projects within the Salesforce program for DFAT. The role focuses on change management, training facilitation, and stakeholder engagement for complex government systems.

Applicants should have at least three years in ICT change analysis, knowledge of Wagile environments within Prince2 governance, and experience creating training materials, communications, and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous experience in an ICT Change Analyst role delivering desired business outcomes in complex ICT projects.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and structure, applying to ICT delivery in a Wagile project within Prince2 governance.
• Experience in assessing training needs and preparing training user guides, videos and online courses.
• Ability to prepare communication plans and deliver drafted and timely communications content as per business requirements.
• Experience with identifying benefits, supporting the delivery of benefits, and providing evidence-based outcomes of benefits realisation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver artefacts on time and to quality expectations; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement change and training artefacts to support stakeholders and end users.
• Help transition from current state to future state for ICT delivery projects.
• Follow best-practice processes to maximise ICT system adoption and realise benefits.
• Deliver training, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with Project Manager and Program Change lead to ensure governance compliance.
