Unisys in Canberra is seeking an entry-level IT support technician to provide hands-on desktop, laptop, monitor, and peripheral support at customer sites. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair IT equipment and devices, and handle IMAC tasks across different environments.

You should have a high school diploma and up to one year of IT or field engineering experience, basic PC hardware and Windows knowledge, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally up to 1 year of IT support, desktop support or field engineering experience.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, peripherals and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
