Independent Living Specialists (ILS) seeks an Equipment Product Specialist to service the South West Sydney region, applying product expertise to tailor assistive technology solutions for clients in the community.

Join our Light Rehab / Home and Community Care team, focusing on education for health professionals, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. ILS offers hybrid work options and a competitive salary with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer-facing roles; able to conduct product trials.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience in Aged Care or Disability sector preferred.
• Ability to educate and support health professionals, clients, families.
• Empathetic, client-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and drive outcomes.
• Physically capable and comfortable with manual handling.
• Willing to travel within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell Assistive Technology to community clients.
• Conduct equipment trials on a broad range of products.
• Build relationships with allied health professionals and clients.
• Deliver clinical education sessions and product in-service events for referrers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
