You’ll be the right hand to the Venue Leader, keeping the venue humming, staff energized and guests smiling. You’ll drive operations, coach the team and help maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to motivate and coach a busy team.
• Proven track record of delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Maintain energy and ensure the venue runs like clockwork.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety and efficiency.
• Support inventory and stock management.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor key metrics like labour, COGs and venue performance.
• Collaborate with the Venue Leader to deliver on the P&L.
